Well, it's about time I show something Ive worked on recently. I finished this up as a weekly project, turned out great. SGNerf was the creator of this style of of stampede, he calls it the SMG version, and I really liked it, so I did my own take on it. He used extra nerf plastic to fill some of the holes created by the minimization, but I decided it would look better to use polycarb plates, which worked out great. It houses a full quadshot spring, which took quite a bit of tinkering with the catch and catch slide to function correctly, but it hasn't skipped once on me yet, and shoots like crazy. I range tested it, but the darts are rather inconsistent as will all stampedes, some land at 55, some at 75, but the majority are in the mid 60's. It's light as hell, super comfy, very maneuverable and looks great, in my opinion

I'll always take a stampede in an HvZ situation (which I've played at a few of the wars I've been to) over any other blaster. They are a ton of fun to use, and less finicky to mod then say the vulcan, while providing much higher range's then any of the other blasters listed. Mine hit's 65 flat with normal streamlines no problem housing a BBB spring. Or you could always combine two, say a stampfire......

I've had around 100 ten year olds asking me to build one of these over the years (on youtube), I've never seen the logic or feasibility behind it. Could it work? Anything can work with enough time and money. Is it practical? Not at all.

... I believe (not quite sure) that the SNAP standard head is a sandwich type.
And you'd be correct. Thats how I make me plunger heads for both snaps and R3L's (by SMG on NH). They work incredibly well, and you can never go wrong with silicon lube around the edge to give it less drag in the plunger tube itself.

Auto grips are fun. They're fit for mega darts, so theres no need to dremel anything to get cpvc to fit into the stock barrel, simply apply glue and see ranges of 45ish with stock darts. Never did get the plunger tube open though, I think they're glued shut. Don't have many good things to say about the eagle eye, don't really like them.

They're pull back and release blasters, no trigger. Not super accurate, and no stock to stable it, but a TON of fun to use. Stock it throws arrows around 20-30ish feet, due to it's massive plunger and powerful spring, but I've seen them hit up to 60 with arrows when modded. Still, not very accurate, but a ton of fun to use. There's nothing more satisfying in nerf then pegging someone with a giant foam arrow. I would DEFIANTLY buy them. I'd be interested in purchasing one of them from you if you decide to buy them.

Typically, I do use normal krylon fusion paint, but I've found you cant buy vynle dye on amazon, INCREDIBLE spray paint for nerf guns, feels just like normal plastic and doesn't wear or chip at all. If your going to purchase off amazon, make sure it says VHT on it.
