I'm working on putting together a game for NHTI, which the campus for is just a little over a mile in diameter. There are 3 dorms, although they only house about 400 people combined. About 4,000 people attend the college through driving. It's a bit of a ghost town on the weekends since everyone is either home or elsewhere.

So I was wondering what kind of challenges people have faced trying to set up games at smaller schools, and how to keep the game interesting and balanced if I get say 40 or so.
