Eveyone has HvZ in them, some just dont know it.

At RIT we have a static 15 min stun.  Sometimes that is lowered due to a zombie reward.

Our incubation timer is as fast as you can log the kill. (Both humans and zombies are allowed to log kills)  We've found this provides more accurate kill times and lowers zombie kill "sharing"
