This is pretty cool, could you add to my description my current youtube tagline, as I think it applies here, "the one and only nerf vampire, accept no undead substitutes".
Also, I'm with bobolol0 in that I am not sure that organizing by subs is the most fair way to go about organizing it. That said, I dont have a clue what a more fair way of organizing it is. You could try doing it by total video views, and you should definitely include a cutoff for people to be eligible for the list, otherwise my dear skullface, you'll be adding people to the list on a daily basis most of which will not contribute much to the community. Thats nothing against new youtube nerfers, I am new to youtube nerf by many standards, but those with passion and talent will quickly rise from obscurity land into whatever you deem to be a fair cutoff.
Consider it done on the quote.
Generally speaking, If I don't have enough to write about someone in the description, I do not think I'll be adding them....but Ill think about some kind of standards for listing.
perhaps "quality" videos created. course that completely subjective on MY standards, but I'm pretty fair
I've been lucky so far. everyone that's submitted so far has actually DONE something interesting on their pages or intend to do something interesting
for now, I've got it organized via subs...I'm somewhat inclined to keep it that way for a bit of time (while I'm still activly getting applicants). When the numbers cool down I'll work on some kind of system for reogrinization.
I don't really want to have it listed alphabetically, I think that knowing who 's been on you tube longer and who's just getting into it is important.
I'm up for making it organized via views...if I get enough requests for it that way I'd be happy to change it eventually (I have gotten a lot of requests seeing subs as being unfair)
Finally, I think the cutoff shouldn't be on numbers, but content. If the person has done something significant to nerf...be it modification, wars, reviews, guides, or anything else Nerf related, then they are eligible. If I can find enough material to write a decent tagline, I'll add them in. If I cant Ill ask they work on more material until which case I CAN write a tagline describing what makes their channel special.
the tag-liens ARE one of the best features of the database and If I cant write anything good/interesting about someones channel then I think its fair that I do't have to include them
that's just me However.
I am ALWAYS up for recompilation on how to keep thing orderly and organized.
